Beverly Dunfordby Jennilyn McKinnon, Brigham City Utah
Beverly Dunford is a dynamic individual. She has overcome many adversities and has been through her own
"trial by fire," and is now, truly a Diamond, sharing her light with everyone she meets.
A series of accidents throughout her life has led her to overcome disabilities, traumas, chronic fatigue
syndrome, and depression. Through these trials she has been inspired and directed to create her own healing
through massage therapy and other holistic modalities, including learning to laugh at herself and not taking
life so serious, which she feels literally saved her life.
Beverly received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family and Human Development from Utah State University
and owned and operated a professional in-home family group daycare center for 12 years. She is a licensed
therapeutic massage and bodywork practitioner offering medical massage services in Brigham City Utah, Logan Utah
and the Bear Lake Valley in both Bear Lake Utah and Bear Lake Idaho.
Determined to overcome chronic fatigue which set in after an accident due to uncared for soft tissue
damage, with the aid of a weekly massage, Bev trained for, ran and completed her first marathon with plans
to run many more, but shortly after her first one she experienced another accident leaving her unable to
tolerate the stress of running. Eventually, Bev found it necessary to close her daycare as her body was unable to do
all the lifting required to care for the children.
Beverly loves to dance and teaches a community Country Line Dance Aerobic Workout class at the
Community Senior Center here in Brigham City Utah most Tuesday evenings. She also enjoys designing
PERSONAL POWER PILLOWCASES and
PERSONALITY PILLOWCASES
which are for purchase on our
products and services page of this website.
Bev has experienced divorce, remarriage, and blending of families. She has raised two children and is now
enjoying being a grandmother. All of these life experiences have developed Beverly into a gifted, compassionate
leader in the healing arts. She is now a holistic health cleansing coach and the owner of "STRENGTH FROM WITHIN,"
a program teaching individuals and families how to live a healthier lifestyle which is offered here in Brigham City Utah.
She developed this program as a way to be able to share what she loves doing with others. To learn more
about the services and products she offers, please visit the different pages of this website.
"Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance!"
